This was realized on Monday 16th September 2019 afternoon during an open forum where members of staff shared their dreams on how Maasai Mara University can be best and easily managed to attain its goals. 

The management team was led by the Acting Vice-Chancellor Prof. Kitche Magak accompanied by Union Officials drawn from the Universities Academic Staff Union (UASU), Kenya Universities Staff Union (KUSU) and Kenya Union of Domestic, Hotels, Educational Institutions, Hospitals and Allied Workers (KUDHEIHA). 

Both the management and staff resolved to enhance their service delivery by running all affairs both in the academic and administrative divisions more professionally and legally as outlined in the Universities Act No. 42 of 2012. 

The zeal to have Maasai Mara University embody the realization of the Big Four Agenda and the Vision 2030 through quality teaching, research and learning, as well as staff training, was emphasized as staff members kept giving their inputs to the administration. 

Members of the University Management who accompanied the Acting VC were the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration Finance and Planning Prof. Mohamed Abdille, Dr. Erick Fwaya representing the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic and Student Affairs, the Registrar Administration Mr. Samuel Partoip, the Registrar Academic Affairs Dr. Otieno Fredrick.
