The Department of Forestry and Wildlife Management is providing various programmes of Post Graduate, Undergraduate and Diploma level in the area of Wildlife and Tourism. The Department has high qualified and well experienced academic staff who are also involved in various types of research the same area. The Department’s Vision is to be a department of high academic and professional achievement in teaching, research, consultancy and community service in sustainable utilization of natural resources and sustainable development. The Department has a Mission of providing adequate knowledge, attitudes through teaching, research and tourism in order to sustainable utilize the rich wildlife and beautiful Kenyan nature.
