The Botanic Diamonds Limited has increased hopes of Maasai Mara University establishing a state of the art Herbal Medicine Factory. The good news was authenticated by the company visiting the Varsity accompanied by a contractor assigned to actualize the project.
The team of three were toured to the allocated factory land where they surveyed and ascertained that the land is suitable for the construction of the factory. The site visit will now enable them to develop an architectural impression of the foreseen factory.
The Vice-Chancellor Prof. Mary Walingo was represented by the Acting Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration, Finance and Planning Dr. Osano Aloys. He led Prof. Dr. Wycliffe Wanzala, Mr. Burgei Peter and Denson Cheserem in a discussion towards fast-tracking construction of the factory.
