He is an assistant lecturer in the School of Tourism and Natural Resource Management, Department of Environmental Science, Forestry and Natural Resources. Has previously worked with the Ministry of Agriculture, livestock and Fisheries as a veterinarian.
His interests are studying the aquatic animals health, aquatic pathobiology as a result of disease and environmental pollution mechanisms; microbial pollution and ecotoxicology affect these organisms; and the pathways and net effect of all these pollutant to man and their effects on human health.
Currently a PhD candidate in the University of Nairobi. He also holds a M.Sc. (Fish Science) and Bachelor in Veterinary Medicine from the same institution.
He is a registered member of the Kenya Veterinary Board and Kenya Veterinary Association. Also a member and secretary to the Narok County Agricultural Sector Development Support Programme
