Mr. John Maera

Ag. Director, Examinations & Timetabling

The Directorate is responsible for the smooth running of the University by ensuring that the Teaching Timetable is prepared before commencement of Lectures and the Examination timetable is released at least one month to the start of examinations.

The Directorate is also facilitating the preparation of University Examinations by organizing external examination of draft question papers and results as scheduled by Senate.  The processing, packaging, safe-keeping and distribution of the end of semester examinations is the responsibility of the Directorate.  At the end of every year the Directorate coordinates the printing and issuance of academic certificates to all graduates of Masai Mara University.  Additionally, the allocation of lecture rooms for academic and non-academic University activities is regulated by this Directorate.

In summary, good timetabling, confidential and timely production of University examinations and delivery of quality academic certificates to our graduates is our concern as a Directorate.

I congratulate all the students who are graduating today and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
