  • This lecturer usually organizes academic field-work to unforgettable BSc Earth Science- related sites like; Mt. Suswa bush camp, Maasai mara game reserve, Mt. Kenya GAW station, Ntulele Kordai Dam, Siyapei fish-pond project, County meteorological stations, Lake Naivasha, Kilindini harbour, Kasarani remote sensing centre, Land registry, Alkaria geothermal station, Pirate beach, RTH, Nanyuki majengo slums, ENSDA Bamboo propagation site, Menengai Crater, NEMA, Water treatment plant, Animal orphanage, UNEP, Plant breeding agrometeorological station, ICPAK, Pekerra irrigation scheme, WRMA, Haller park, RMC, Water-intake station, Kakamega crying stone, Lake Nakuru, Hells gate national park, and Nyahururu falls.
  • Main interests; Water  resources,                 quantitative methods, climate and fieldwork.
  • Member: Kenya Meteorological Society.
  • Has participated in many seminars, workshops, symposia & conferences.
  • Curriculum development participation; Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences (Maasai Mara University), Master of Arts in Geography (Egerton University)
  • Has more than twenty years of experience – lecturing and serving in other capacities in both public and private colleges &universities in many parts of Kenya, eg Kakamega, Ongata –Rongai, Nyahururu, Nairobi, Kisii, Mumias, Njoro, and Sirare.
  • Worked as a lecturer in the Department of Geography at Egerton University.
  • Was trained to become a meteorologist and weather forecaster at the Institute for Meteorological Training and Research Institute, Dagoretti- Corner.
  • Was as a tutor at the WMO Regional Meteorological Training Institute. Nairobi
  • Worked as a weather analyst and weather broadcaster at the National Meteorological Centre, Kenya Meteorological Department.
  • He hails from Njoro town, Nakuru County.
