Overview
Maasai Mara university Academic Programmes offers postgraduate, undergraduate and diploma level academic which are distributed in five different schools, namely: Schools of Education, Pure And Applied Sciences, Health Sciences, Business & Economics, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and Creative Industries, School of Natural Resources, Environmental Studies and Agriculture and School of Tourism and Hospitality . These programmes are offered after a thorough demand assessment, and are responsive to community needs and give the students and the community the capacity to solve real-life and day to day social, economic, livelihood and environmental challenges.

Minimum entry requirements:
Holders of a 1st Class/2nd Class (Upper Division) degree in Business, Economics, Administration or Commerce from a recognized University OR.
2nd Class Bachelors Degree (Lower Division) in a relevant area of study with at least two years of post-qualification work experience or with a relevant postgraduate diploma from a recognized institution.
Bachelor’s Degree with a Pass and a Postgraduate Diploma in a relevant field.
Masters of Science in Human Resource Management
Minimum entry requirements:
At least a 2nd class honours Bachelors degree (Upper Division) in a relevant area from a recognized University OR
2nd Class Bachelors degree (Lower Division) in a relevant field with at least two years post qualification experience OR
A 2nd Class Bachelors degree (Lower Division) with a relevant postgraduate diploma from a recognized Institution with relevant work experience or research publication.
Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
Minimum entry requirements:
Bachelors degree with at least a lower 2nd class honours from a recognized University OR
Holders of a Bachelors degree with a pass from a recognized University with at least two years working experience in the area of Human Resource Management.

Admission Requirements:
Minimum Mean Grade C+ at KCSE and at least a C Plain in English or Kiswahili OR
2 Principles and a Subsidiary Pass at ‘A’ level plus at least a Pass in Mathematics and English at ‘O’ level OR
Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized Institution.
